on a several years research project about 'Management for the 21st century':

• Challenges of the 21st Century Leaders
• Types of Management Leadership Styles
• Must Have Leadership Competencies and Qualifications for the 21st Century
• Quality Management for the 21st Century
• Validation of the Learning Outcomes for the 21st Century

We are still in the phase 1 of the project, where we are defining the field and learning about the existing research work to these questions. New partner organisations want to cooperate with us. The first publications to the research project with the short abbreviation 'M21' we will be able to present in summer 2017.
